As we all know, the product review submitted by the customers appears on the website only after approval by the admin. And currently, Magento doesn't inform administrators about the new customer review. As of now, the admin has to check for a new product review manually from the Magento backend in a frequent manner and if there is any pending review then only admin can approve those reviews from the Magento backend.
By eliminating the task to check reviews manually, the admin needs to approve/disapprove it from an email.
